I. Return and Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Once we receive and verify your returned package, we will process your refund or exchange.
II. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are confirmed to be in our possession.

- Unused items that do not affect secondary sales.
- Items that were faulty, damaged, or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size or color.

- We will refund the price of the goods only (excluding shipping fees, which are charged on behalf of the shipping company).

III. Unconditional Refunds for Wrong Items

- If we send you the wrong item, you are entitled to an unconditional refund.

IV. Full and Partial Refunds

Full Refunds:
- Applicable for items found to be faulty or damaged due to our error. Damage due to third-party or customer negligence does not qualify.

- Available for returned items with missing original parts. In this case, a partial refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers will only be charged once for shipping (including returns). No restocking fee will be applied. In the case of free shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
